Narratives in Architectural Design

Assignment 1: Observation sketches of what we see around our homes or path of travel. Assignment 3: An excerpt from an Architectural text was interpreted by visuals to explain the narrative from the point of view of the author. I chose the cartoon mode of narrative keeping the viewpoint static. Assignment 8: I picked the scene from the forest where the skirmish takes place, in the movie Rashomon. The scene was represented with by creating a physical model to mimic the forest, with the high contrast of light and shadows, and the movement of the characters, each of which was conveyed through a 3D model symbolic of the part they played.
