The Collage and essay traces the Revitalization of the historic core of the city of Lancaster, California, USA from the point of collapse to a vibrant economic and social precinct. The city engaged the services of the Urban Planning firm of Moule and Polyzoides, LA and the process was carried out between 2005-2010.
