Calibrating Shared Living

The concept reimagines traditional housing by replacing conventional 30sqm standard units and introducing an innovative approach of space utilization. By reducing private spaces to compact 15 sqm units focused on essentials like a bedroom and bath. The remaining 50% of the area is allocated to shared communal spaces, fostering community interaction while preserving individual privacy. Inspired by the essence of a traditional Mohalla .This strategy ensures affordability and strengthens social connections, creating a model for sustainable and inclusive living that serves the greater common good.
