This research aims to understand intricate relationship between major infrastructure projects and weak governance. Currently, how efficiently the Local government is doing with services and capacity building. What private infrastructure companies string with urban and regional planning and policy. The involvement of political and private firms in decision-making process. Risk distribution among the stakeholders. But the current Devanahalli council is so weak the Airport is helping them to provide the basic services. The private limited firms and Special purpose vehicles manage huge amounts of pool yearly and local governance is barely able to implement services for their residents. There is absence of dialogue between the private firms and local governance.
