Smart Cities

This poster presentation aims to critically analyze the smart city proposal for the winner city of fast-track round i.e Lucknow. It broadly reviews the Area Based Development (ABD) and pan-city proposal in terms of budget allocation, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) budget versus other, city's ability to outlay the budget with respect to its annual budget. For the implementation of various proposals the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) structure and democratic accountability. Additionally, it highlights the possible alternate changes that can be accomodated in the proposal.
