Story of Art

The assignment was to undertake an overview of the artwork, artist, and period's historical, socio-cultural, and political context and find critical perspectives from credible, scholarly sources about the artwork and the artist. One or more representative works of the particular artist were the starting point along with the exploration of more works by the same artist. The assigned work of art was shown to one or more people in immediate surroundings (parents, grandparents, siblings, friends from a different field ) and recorded their response to it, and inferences were made from them. Click here
