First on site survey was done for a residential+ commercial project where kota stone was being used for flooring.  I fond rates for all materials and labour used for flooring from site and traders. After which quantity and rate analysis was carried out to get cost per sq m for kota stone flooring. The cost of kota stone flooring has been compared to other types of flooring. We can conclude kota stone flooring is cheaper than other types.
