The project brief is to design a prototype for a Senior Citizens’ Community.
The first part of the studio will focus on identifying parameters that define dwelling for older people in today’s society. These could be based on social, physical, emotional and infrastructural needs. Students will evolve a program based on these parameters and design prototypes for an institution-home.
