Bhadra Harbor

Ahmedabad had been built close to bring water via canals while being safe from floods. Polluted and filled by the Narmada, Sabarmati is not natural anymore. Before animated and shameful, the riverfront project made it deserted and contemplated. With a leisure harbour in Sardar Baug, I suggest to restore the Bhadra Fort and the fort wall as majestic entrances.  River buses would introduce a slow way of moving. Restaurants, shops and hostels would aggregate around small stepped plazas with many corners and ramps for push-carts. Everyone can reach belvederes to get out of the crowd of the old city.
