Inefficient lighting wastes significant financial resources each year, and poor lighting creates unsafe conditions.LANDSCAPE:Landscape not only enhances a building’s aesthetics but it also adds benefit to environmental factors such as air, water, heat, energy and also increases the value of the structure. Further, it has a positive effect on the health and wellbeing of the occupants as well as the surroundings ensuring that they remain fit and healthy. In addition, it helps to mitigate climatic changes - thus contributing to the ever-growing issue of global warming. Currently, Ahmedabad is facing a major air pollution issue and is back to being the 3rd most polluted city in the nation after 18 years which makes it extremely necessary to eradicate it using even small scales.
