Architectural production involves COLLECTIVE EFFORTS OF PEOPLE; right from conceptualization, to execution and usage. Hence, the children's book highlights indisputable ROLES of PEOPLE ; in dialogue and in management. 
Using the Mandi(Market) at Manek Chowk- a civic institution built in 1942, as the researched reference entity, the book speaks of  specific people and their role during the time of the making of the Mandi.
Aimed at 8 year olds, the book gives insight to past construction process through a dialogue between the buyer and the seller- user groups that continue to shape making the Mandi in the present.
