City and Performance Space | CEPT

The project is a mixed-use building, consisting of commercial shops, cafe, government offices and an auditorium, is located at the edge of the river Tapi, between the Vivekanand circle and the Gandhi Baug. The project tries to bind the public spaces present in its vicinity together to create an open and approachable space in the old city of Surat.
