NAVERA : A new era of eating

Old habits die hard, but we need to adapt to what is new, and to bring this change, Navera has introduced the Fusion concept, which offers a variety of Indian and Asian cuisine with the same food but prepared in a nutritious way. Also, it serves a plant-based menu for vegan lovers. Navera shows a path to try out healthy & tasty dishes and start appreciating a new way of healthy eating.  As designers, it is our responsibility to not only create spaces which area recreational but also generates some level of awareness by introducing the concept of ‘Educate through Action’. This design scheme features traditional materials interpreted in a contemporary fashion. It is about pieces that create nostalgia of a memory iconic to that place, but revive it in a whole new modern light, with new techniques, new functions, and a new approach.  The restaurant has been treated as a single envelope that flows from one end to another. All obstacles are removed to integrate the entire space and obtain a 360º view for diners, leaving the central core for interaction, i.e. the DIY salad counter, where customers can come and make their own salads and also get to know of different healthy & vegan options alternative for regular option.   Altogether, the palette and furniture specifications scream contemporary restaurant, yet the architectural features and layout, nod to a dining experience of yesteryear in Ahmedabad.  Full Portfolio link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Z0v774T0HLpI2ByGUw9UgEJq5vfHjdwP/view?usp=sharing
