Organic farming builds healthy, strong soil which can maintain soil nutrients. The majority of the ingredients used are grown nearby and come from certified organic producers..... RAW have a philosophy of ethical and responsible consumption. The recipes are nutritious, east to digest and are generally “real food” made in synch with the farmer and not dishes full of calories, sugar, fat, etc.
