BUBBLE AFLOAT - A fort of bubbles

On accounts of a futuristic solution regarding the housing problems in cities today, bubble afloat aims to resolve the issue at a conceptual level, inspired by the “Bubbletecture” (Inflatable architecture) concept. This concept deals with the greater scope for future space limitation problems with its adaptable and evolving nature. The project offers a unique and dynamic experience of living by the juxtaposition of various bubble forms that contradicts the existing architectural language of the given site. The design is intended to achieve a floating experiential quality within spaces. The design is specific to two stakeholders – Students and working couples.  As a community residing under one single roof, the intermediate spaces outside individual pods are emphasized as well.
