Increased pollution is cause of great concern for the Indian Cities, maximum contribution in the pollution is due to the Transport sector. Talking of that points on to the reliance on IC based automotive engines as the main mode of transportation, which would only raise the environmental concerns. In order to solve these ongoing problems, there is ongoing process, rather than increasing the emphasis on developing effective, transparent transportation system. Keeping this in mind, electric and hybrid vehicles seem to be the best alternative to conventional vehicles. For the adoption of the same, Indian city market requires a detailed survey to develop the system and its Ecosystem. Here, is the detailed feasibility report on electrification of Intermediate Public Transport in Bhavnagar city.
