Project course is offered as a studio subject in the 9th semester of the Bachelor in Construction Technology program. This course contains a total of 16 weeks of study. For this course, students have to take one case study of a construction project and to understand all aspects of the project from the different life cycle phases of the construction project. For that, I have taken the project “Ahmedabad Metro Phase 01_ East-West Corridor_ UG 01 Work package”. Under the awardee contractor “AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd.” As a part of the study different 16 exercises were given from the university side to understand different life cycle phases of the project. In this report, I had included that exercises in the forms of the different chapters with a study of different life cycle phases of the Ahmedabad Metro project.
