Redevelopment  of Gandhinagar Railway station is a unique and one of its kind project where a hotel building is being developed above a railway station. The station building is supposed to be built with world class amenities and the hotel building is being built with 318 rooms of 5 star category. The client of Project is  GARUD, an SPV formed between Government of Gujarat and IRSDC with equity Contribution of 74% from GoG and 26% from MoR.
