An Edible Oil Manufacturing Company needs to set up a production unit having a capacity of 110 tons per day(TPD) in GIDC Vatva to manufacture edible oil. The land area provided to set up an industry is 30000 sqm. Different Project Management tools and techniques were used to manage the project starting from concept to commissioning. To manage this project Flower Drops Pvt.
