Project Planning and Controlling for Industrial Project

The studio enables the core learning for the project planning and controlling field. The identification of the aim and objectives to perform the exercises enables the goal of achieving the basics regarding the production unit of the industrial sector. The first part of the studio focused on planning through major exercise like project charter, identification of stakeholder, feasibility study, managing consultants and contractors. The second part of studio focused on project controlling and monitoring performed on hypothetical data. The learnings of managing the project starting with the basics of MS Project and further working in detail in MS Project.
