The studio is guided by Dr. Devanshu Pandit and Prof. Keyur Shah. Under their guidance, the goal of this studio was to understand and learn project management. The level three studio- Project Planning and Controlling for Industrial Projects, offered the understanding and learnings of project planning and controlling. Further, the report consists of various tools and techniques, some discussed and some applied on a hypothetical project assigned to us. The hypothetical execution of the project is carried out inclusive of various practical constraints applied, on Microsoft Project, where it is assumed that the project is under the execution phase.
