This is an outcome of planning & controlling of a box manufacturing industry named EMBALLAGE PACKAGING. Emballage packaging as a project is required to produce 1, 00,000 boxes per day and for this the project is supposed to be designed, planned & executed. The location of box manufacturing industry is located in Kadi GIDC. The industry is planning to produce 1, 00,000 boxes per day i.e. our plant capacity. This project have some basic utilities such as workers colony, changing room, main building, and production unit etc. the size of our industry is about 35,000 sq.m. Identifying manufacturing process of the project, identifying major utilities to manufacture the product, identifying buildings to be constructed, identifying major infrastructure components, plotting buildings and machines in plan for given plot boundary. Corrugated Kraft paper box is a widely used shipping and packing material in these modern times. Packaging plays an important role in in any industry as the packing is the first thing customer sees. So, the packing should be as satisfactory as the product. As a project manager our goal is to achieve the highest quality of product by utilizing proper space, manpower & machinery. The boxes which are going to be produced in this industries are 3ply, 5ply, 7ply cardboard boxes which is made up of Kraft paper. We are setting up a new plant in the Kadi GIDC. & we also have the existing plant near Ahmedabad.
