CRUST & CRUMB - The Patisserie Company

An unique; designed to inspire a commitment to precision in each exquisite detail, during every stage of the dessert-making process. It is not a shop, nor is it a factory. It is a celebration of the creation, complexity and ultimate enjoyment of sweetness. 
The concept being the idea to re-create an artistic era along where the two core - desserts and art meet. Going back to a period where Art Gallery, Street Art and Food became one. The Elegant style of Parisian Classical interiors from the mid 19th Century was thus chosen to mark the origin of the art of Pastry making. Further enhanced by trying to establish an Art Gallery like interior style with dramatic corridors and wall treatment to show off the process of - “Pastry as the Art and Patisserie as the Artist”.
A Scene at the Patisseire - 
Let’s take a walk, One through the wonders of desserts, And the corridors of Parisian streets, A walk, through an Art Gallery,  Watching artisans at work, To see poetry, art and sweetness being stirred, One side you see hot sugar syrup melting, While the other side you smell the Raspberry sauce in the making, You touch the snowy ice-like Whipped cream with a spatula You also hear the crunchy Caramel crystals like Nebula,  Fresh little cakes out of the oven ready for topping, With chocolate and sprinkles and taste so satisfying; Little pieces of Art or Poetry on a plate, ready to be served, While Mr.Patissier receiving the credits he deserved, So let’s take a walk?
