The concept is intended to remove the stigma attached to eating solo and make the prospect of being alone in a public space more attractive and acceptable.
An increasing number of people is dining alone at restaurants not because they don’t have anyone to do it with, but because they just want to relax, focus more on flavors and enjoy their food in peace. This is Cocoon’s target audience.
