Creating theme pavilions for expositions

Project Name: Creating Theme Pavilions for Expositions Event: COP CMS 13 Target Audience: VIP/VVIP and Delegates (experts of environmental issues), Press, Policy Makers, Organizers, Staff, Exhibitors, General Public Site: Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Theme: Sync in Nature“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much” by Helen Keller POWER OF BEING TOGETHER
The concept of the project ‘Power of being Together’ is inspired by the behavior of honeybee towards nature. The theme is narrated through the story of a honeybee in the space under the larger theme being ‘Sync in Nature’. Taking the honeycomb structure as the inspiration, the theme is showcased through the various forms of hexagons in a direct and indirect approach. Characteristics like the buzzing of bees, Waggle dance, maintaining the temperature in the hives, and the flying movement of the bees are demonstrated in the space through various elements in a very abstract form. The user experiences these characteristics when one enters the space through a forest-like environment and ends the journey towards a honey pot seating.
