SWIVEL CHAIR

Swivel chair is inspired by origami collapsible tower which can be deployed vertically into a plane for a better stacking system. As per the current scenario when the chairs are stacked the pile starts tilting forward and after a point it is difficult to access the chairs on top. So responding to this problem the chair is designed such as it folds into a compact form and can be stacked on a rack for easy access. The chair deploys from 800mm to 120mm. The function of the chair is to be placed in an area with informal or formal public gathering, people can easily access the chair from the rack, and when not in use can be stacked back onto the rack.
