Many tourists visit Gujarat to look and experience Gujarati Culture.  Amongst its culture, its food and its textiles stand out.   Hand printed and handwork textiles from Gujarat are popular amongst tourists and the demand for it is very high.  Tourists are also interested in understanding and learning about its making, where, Sankriti – A Gujarati Culture House, provides a workshop space, which allows one to dabble with different textile printing and making,  including block printing, tie and dye, batik, patchwork amongst the major ones.   The Ahmedabad old city is a part of Ahmedabad where one can experience traditional Gujarati Culture.  Staying in this part and participating in the textile workshops, would definitely lend a unique experience for the tourists.  Whilst partaking in all these amazing sights and activities, experiencing authentic Gujarati food, goes without a say.
