As the times evolve, so should the spaces we work in. In the present, with the evolution of technology old-school offices are increasingly becoming more and more dependent on digital interfaces and technology to which the present office spaces to do not sufficiently cater to. In offices where inter- and intra- governmental operations are conducted, the medium that the employees use is both physical (analogue), digital and/or both. Offices that were built around paper and physical filing systems now have increased usage of computer desktops, laptops, printing, scanning and copying services. Even with the increase in the usage of digital platform, paper documents are still necessary in office spaces that run policy making operations. Therefore, there is a strong case for improving on existing office furniture in order for these spaces to cater to the needs of the offices that use both digital and analogue modes of working.
