Studying the architectural element plinth as an individual project and then further developing this concept as the design base for the traveller's home at Udaipur. From plinth the characteristics that I extracted out were the horizontal surfaces seen as pause points due to the proportion of the plinths at ghats which offers various activities to happen on it. And then these plinth or platform eventually leads us to water.
