Tattvam architects are bidding for the extension work of Sancheti Hospital, Pune. The building is eight storey structure with two basements connected to another building via bridge. The basements are used for parking purpose, intermediate floors are used as clinics, offices and waiting areas, top four floors are operation theatres. Tattvam has decided to proceed with Design-Build Delivery Method and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Estimation Method to ensure the highest quality standards.
