Between the Old and the New | CEPT

Mazgaon is a neighbourhood of rich history sitting along the eastern waterfront of Mumbai, once actively serving the city's older port. The project utilises an old warehouse previously used for trade commerce, to create an innovative workplace for creative professionals, a discipline now emerging in the neighborhood. Overall, the project programmatically and physically adaptively reuses the structure, giving it a new identity.
