‘Sanitation Governance and Management’ brings out the most asked questions about the City Management System. 
Many ULBs, especially small Municipal Councils, find the country's policies and goals too distant and abstract. They need to be shown the actual path leading to these goals, by setting small targets as per the capacity of ULBs. 
The ‘Vision’ of this study was to have a sustainable future keeping the needs of the city and its users at utmost priority, by strengthening organization structure and developing an integrated system that is sustainable, community-friendly, and replicable.
