The Project is an Industrial plant setup for manufacturing and supply of noodles . The studio helped us analyze the project based on three main principles of execution, monitoring and control for timely completion and to control cost and scope of the project. The current portfolio analyses the project on the aspects of Site layout planning and analysis, Planning and scheduling, Contract administration, Quality management, Job hazard analysis, Material Management and Green building rating system.
