The studio comprised of four design quests, each with its own challenge and unique considerations. Each design quest focussed on understanding the real-world market forces and norms to understand the current scenario of Real Estate Market. The first two design quests focussed on how to work with the introduced by-laws while designing an ultra-luxurious and affordable housing. The third design quest was a redevelopment project, in which the attempt to recreate community spaces at multiple levels was made to retain the low-rise housing character, while the fourth design quest aimed at adaptability to the fast-paced life of the urban population.
