The Project is an Interactive Learning Centre in a predominantly residential settlement in Menora, Perth where this building not only acts as an institution but also establishes verbal as well as visual interaction between the public and the nature by means of public,semi-public and private spaces. Main Public space, the raised library  has been incorporated with certain contrasting elements like inverted pyramidal roof supported on columns at its central tapering junction. Also, butterfly roof has been chosen for other spaces since rainwater harvesting has been taken into consideration and this water is drained to the waterbodies provided towards either end.
