The journey of production started from listing down some aspirations which we achieved by the end of the semester. Aspirations were focused on the mass manufacturing process of building products. The building products studied are cylindrical door lock set and hydraulic door closer which helped us achieve our aspirations. Production starts from research and technical drawings of the chosen products. This leads to process charts and BOM. To give a better understanding of the process and machinery we made info graphics. The mass manufacturing process is concluded by an assembly line.
