Kreis - Urban Tree Seating

The project's aim was to design an element which acts as a seamless interface between the urban green elements like trees, shrubs and plants and  the humans that happen to surround it. This was done after identifying a lack of well-designed elements that help in nourishing the trees and plants while also encouraging humans to enjoy the embrace of such natural elements.
The final design is a seating which can surround the tree in a way that allows enough space for the tree roots to flourish and lets people enjoy the tree's shelter in a variety of ways.
