Designed for the habitation of an extroverted CA whose major needs involve a comfortable work desk, client meeting space and enough space for the gathering of 7-8 people, this project was inspired from the various kinds of naturally occurring volumes and patterns in the environment. The stretched membranes of the spider web at varying heights serves as the key inspiration for this project. The space planning has been done such that it replicates the idea of concentricity like in the crossection of a wooden tree trunk. The various activities taking place start from the periphery where all the furniture is aligned so as to provide a free movement as one moves to the center of the volumes, adding multiple layers to an otherwise small space.
