STORIES OF TYPE

Typography is the art of arrangement of letters to create an appealing and easily readable language. Type appears everywhere in our environment. The course begun with hands on practice with letterforms and spacing, followed by lectures and study on the classification of typefaces, aspects of typographic design and principles of composition. The final project focused on creative explorations and experimental techniques to create change for a youth relevant topic that explored every aspect of communications project. The studio equipped us with the essential design skills required to powerfully communicate ideas.
