Feasibility study of Light Capacity Metro in Rajkot

The portfolio examines several aspects of the needs of an MRTS in Rajkot. It focuses on the key issues and proposed interventions to make the city’s transportation system faster, assessable, and improved connectivity with a focus on a Metro system. The proposal has been developed with the vision of making cities more conducive to people than to private vehicles. To this end, a light-capacity metro system has been proposed, taking into account all relevant technical requirements and detailed planning and designing of the infrastructure to make it feasible and viable for the city.
