Tracing the impacts of acts, policies, and regulations at the city level in Dadar, Mumbai. Reflections and Manifesto were attempted to designed with a vision of forming an inclusive neighborhood. Broadly  strategies classified into 'Inclusive' Access and mobility, Public Infrastructure and Private Realm. Further the project attempts to form plot regulations and guidelines, where the project tries to compare, analysis  and inferences through the existing regulation of Mumbai city in Dadar and attempts to understand the complicity of various layers of rules and regulations.
