Design of Industrial Structure

Objective: Formulating and optimizing the structural system of the structure assigned under a given constraint and designing the same by applying the principles of wind engineering, earthquake engineering and limit state theory for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
Projects - PEB Industrial Shed, RCC Chimney, Steel Corrugated Silo.
 Wind loads, seismic loads and other loads were calculated using various codes. Load combinations were made to assess the variation of stresses. Load calculations & member designs were done in spreadsheets and the STAAD Pro software. Detailing was done based on the design carried out.
