Janala: A Peek into the world of Cinema

Cinema has often been used as a medium to voice socio-political and religious concerns that influence society, and revolutionize/challenge traditional ideals, and thus needs to be recognized as a harbinger for society. The library aims to bring to light the rich influence and contribution of cinema in the lives of the common people. The centre also acts as a social hub that allows locals to share/ express their opinions, allowing the tales of history to be shared orally and live forever. In a state that often stands divided, the centre aims to allow people from all walks of life to coexist in a shared space and impart/collect information.
