Anand - Municipal governance and citizen interface

“A resilient culture is built on principles of organizational empowerment, purpose, trust, and accountability.” – Gartner. A well-maintained physical infrastructure in the municipal establishment could add to increasing functional efficiency. This will not only add onto improving the visual connectivity of the municipal office but also increases the performance of the municipal functionaries and develops a feeling of trust among the citizens. The complaint redressal if addressed could help improve the accountability and efficiency creating a feeling of assurance among the citizens. Having an easy method for getting their problems solved will facilitate and encourage citizens to actively participate in the activities of the municipality.
