This studio is an environment that provides a collaborative platform for urban planners, architects, engineers, and community to work together to develop and refine existing or new greenfield T.P. Schemes. Urban Expansion and Regeneration studio allows for the exploration of various development scenarios, analysis of their feasibility, and the creation of solutions that meet the needs of diverse communities. This collaborative tool for development enables stakeholders to exchange ideas, knowledge, and expertise and to develop a T.P. Scheme which is adaptable to future changes. Preparing a T.P. Scheme plan improves deep understanding of the city’s upcoming demand, need, and identity, as well as knowledge from best practices curates a better thought on Preparing a T.P. Scheme and integrates with large scale city plans embiding sustainability, inclusivity, and vibrancy. By understanding different tools of expansion through analysis during the studio has helped us to understand effective solutions that meet the unique needs of communities and ensure the long-term success.
