Drawing inspiration from micro-level plans such as Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex the project embraced stakeholder meetings to incorporate diverse perspectives on urban development. Focused on a Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority's satellite township initiative, the endeavor navigated the intricacies of real-world Micro level urban development. Notably, a detailed LPAD scheme emerged, elucidating land appropriation, reconstitution, and valuation aspects.
