An Emergence - A prominence to oasis

The learning process began with an array of readings, movie watching, and understanding various approaches through which design concepts could be generated. The most fascinating aspect of this studio was the flexibility to design anything came to your mind this empowers the student to design outside the constraints of established design rules, using their perception and creativity instead. The result is more grounded with the students’ flexibility to view the site in this case Science city through a different lens—not in an analytical way, but rather experiential way.An Emergence aims to create an experiential transition which will serve as a node or pause point for stakeholders to gather or unwind while simultaneously integrating the overall landmarks. Furthur concept was developed through Site-based approach which assist with inferring the vital thought behind the structure where as keywords and phenomology approaches assist with bridging experiential gap between vegetation and human. Design resolution uses nodes and corridors to show how transitions and thresholds are integrated holistically. Spaces are created to sow a microclimate across the desolate expanse of land, which will engage in conversation with hectic crowd.A similar hue is maintained throughout the planting, materials, and lighting, which emphasises the site’s emerging character.
