Developing a citywide inclusive sanitation plan for small/medium town of Gujarat

Emerging towns outpace the gains in access to safe sanitation and continues to face the challenges of safe sanitation for all. Citywide inclusive sanitation plan focuses on providing urban areas with access to and benefits from adequate and sustainable sanitation services, including the safe, effective, and sustainable management of all human waste along the whole sanitation service chain. The research aims to assess access and usage to toilets as well as solid waste and liquid waste management, fecal sludge management, plastic waste management, biodegradable waste management; for the most vulnerable communities and provide actionable recommendation for targeted ULB.
