G+9 RCC BUILDING WITHOUT PROVISION OF EXPANSION JOINT

The project deals with the design of the G+9 residential RCC Building at zone IV without providing the Expansion joint. The structure has to be checked for torsional irregularity as per IS 1893 2016 and find a solution to mitigate it. The structure must be compared to the same structure if the  Expansion joint is permitted. The building has to be analyzed designed and detailed as per codal provisions and the software is modeled in Etabs.
