Foundation systems are influenced by geotechnical parameters. the studio aims with understanding aspects of geotechnical concepts in presentable mindmaps, further reaching to field investigation & laboratory experiments on campus. explains a brief us about soil engineering, such as exploring site investigations, field tests, exploring different admixtures & designing foundations. The field of soil enhancement was explored by comparing the outcomes of studies done on soil samples with and without the use of chemicals. Finally, the design of foundation systems for a particular problem statement was done using the knowledge of soil characteristics and behaviour.
